Supporting 3 special charities...

City Championships will support three special charities:

We are delighted to be working with City A.M. to raise vital funds to support our new Maggie's Centre at St Bartholomew’s Hospital.
Maggie's Barts will be our second Centre in London as Maggie’s West London, built in the grounds of Charing Cross Hospital, has been supporting people with cancer in the capital since 2008.
The £1 million that City A.M. has committed to raising will be crucial in helping us to provide each person that comes through our doors with the support they need, be it psychological support, financial advice, access to information about their diagnosis and treatment or simply to sit quietly with a cup of tea.
By helping to raise this money, you will be supporting people with cancer and their families and friends across the capital and ensuring they have access to the practical, emotional and social support they need.

Future for Heroes

The objectives of F4H is to develop the ability of serving and retired members of the armed forces of all ranks and status - and their spouses or partners - to manage the dramatic change in cultures when resuming civilian life. This ensures they are better able to identify their own needs and thereby fully participate in society.
Delegates may come to us from organisations that aid the more vulnerable or where offending or destructive behaviour is a risk. Others may feel encumbered by ‘Civvy Street’ and are seeking support, while some simply may be leaving the military and are anxious about their future and how they might manage. Our free personal-change residential programme is held at Brathay Hall in the Lake District and runs over 4 days. We have qualified and experienced staff to support those with physical disabilities, ensuring all can partake in every aspect of the programme.
